Each research unit, i.e., CINI, SESM, CSW and FCTUC, has to provide a couple of slides to the Coordinator by 10 th November on scientific highlights of the carried out work. Each research unit, i.e., CINI, SESM, CSW and FCTUC, has to provide a couple of slides to the Coordinator by 10 th November on the benefits achieved during the first two years of CSTEP. CSW should provide slides on the on-going recruitment activity to the Coordinator by 10 th November, while other participants should provide slides on any re-orientation on the project’s activities. [18] Mid-Term Review: The Meeting Agenda 4.Selected Individual Reports (10-15 minutes per fellows) The Fellows should present themselves, their background, their experience in the IAPP network. This presentation should go beyond the scientific project and should include their expectations on the possible impact of the action on their future career. Each research unit, i.e., CINI, SESM, CSW and FCTUC, has to select a number of researchers for such individual reports. Selected researchers have to provide presentations on their conducted activities within the context of CSTEP, implemented secondments, and considerations on the acquired skills and impact on their career development. [20] Questionnaire QUESTIONNAIRES (Fellows) by the 15 th November 2011 Fellows currently employed by the Network should complete a mid term assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to give the Research Agency feedback on training activities of the network. Fellows will receive at the beginning of November an e-mail with the reminder and the instruction to submit the questionnaire. C OIMBRA, 30 TH SEPTEMBER 2011

[23] Reports and Form C The progress report has to be filled through SESAM and will be made by the Coordinator based on the current ToK Plan, performed activities and organized meeting. Deadline - 20 th November 2011. The coordinator will write a first draft of the periodic report, and make it circulate so to collect any remarks and contributions on that. Deadline within 31th January 2012. Form C has to be filled through SESAM by each participant and submitted within 31th January 2012. No CFS is required for the first two years of the project. The Progress Report contains short overview of the deliverables implemented during the reporting project. The report comprises the following sections: 1.Overall progress of the project – free text section. 2.Contract deliverables update – separate tables for: a.Recruitment and Secondment – 1 line per contractor. Tables will calculate automatically the difference between planned and implemented deliverables (researcher-months) b.International conferences / events – 1 line per event The report must be submitted via SESAM, printed out, signed by the coordinator and sent to the Commission to the address mentioned in the article 8.1 of the grant agreement. The report should comprises: 1.Cover page 2.Declaration by the project coordinator 3.Publishable summary (which will be automatically published on the Cordis) 4.Overview of the work progress towards the objectives of the project, including achievements and attainment of any milestones, deliverables and dissemination activities identified in Annex I 5.Project management with justification on incurred costs 6.List of submitted certificates By the coordinator: Summary Financial Report consolidating the claimed Community contribution of all the beneficiaries in an aggregated form, based on the information provided in Forms C by each beneficiary. This form will be generated automatically as soon as all the beneficiaries will submit Forms C. Periodic Report [25] C OIMBRA, 30 TH SEPTEMBER 2011
