9. GET IT OUT!

10. 15-20 minutes C, L, A or W + OBJ# (right hand corner, make piles) At first, try to stray away from ideas already discussed DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT! Individually brainstorm ideas/initiatives/goals that fall under each Objective.

11. SWITCH AND BUILD!

12. 20 minutes, review as a group Write down EVERYTHING Don’t judge! Focus on merits! DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT! As a group, review the ideas and BUILD off of them (change form, change people, divide/combine ideas, implementation)!

13. Wrap Up Discussion
