1.CAKE one and one third glass sugar cane three eggs three fourth glass olive oil one and one fourth glass dark flour one spoon baking soda one spoon gingerbread spice two glasses grated carrots

THE METHOD OF MAKING CAKE Sift the flour and mix it with soda and spice to gingerbread. Pour sugar into a bowl, add the whole eggs and oil, mix everything together for a smooth cream, add the flour with the baking soda and spice gingerbread and briefly mix - the exact combination of ingredients. Then add the carrots. Mix everything together (not so much ) and pour into a greased spring form pan buttered and floured. Bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees. After cooling, cut the dough in half.

THE METHOD OF MAKING ICING On the carrot juice, cook the pudding. When the pudding boils, take it off the heat and add the jelly powder, mix until jelly is melted. Icing allowed to stand to cool for about 15-20 minutes. Pour warm glaze on top of the dough and leave it for a few hours until the topping solidified.
