3. How Does it Measure Glucose?
The reagent is a compound of copper sulfate (CuSO4) which reacts with glucose to form a precipitate (solid)
Benedict’s = blue
Benedict’s with Glucose = brick red

Mix small amount of each food sample with distilled water to make a test liquid.
