Strategic Initiatives Implement Personalized Learning Program to meet student learning needs * Teachers will use Professional Learning Communities to plan for the effective use of technology in the classroom. Quarterly peer observation classroom visits to identify instruction with high engagement and rigorous instruction Teachers who demonstrate high engagement and rigorous instruction will peer mentor to leverage the skills of all teachers. Create collaboration spaces in media center and computer labs Implement Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) college readiness system in grades 3 – 5 * Long-Term Outcomes 1.Increase student academic achievement in math, science, reading, and writing 2.Students will demonstrate 21 st Century Skill readiness through collaborative learning, critical thinking, creativity, and communication 3.Students will develop social and emotional competence.
