Our priorities at WECC 1.Focus on near and longer term reliability of the interconnect Reliability Planning and Performance Analysis Partner with Registered Entities Audit process as a management tool 1.High-integrity relationships with Registered Entities and other stakeholders 2.Confidence-inspiring governance structures and practices (stewardship) 3.Bring best expertise to bear to solve complex problems and best inform policy choices Mature own staff capabilities as appropriate Cost effective leverage of industry expertise across membership Selective use of consultants to “plug gaps”
