Possible events for this year New Parents coffee morning Thai family afternoon Film night each term - November Friday 11 th December – Frost Fair - 2-4pm Christmas cards Money collection tubes Christmas wrapping paper? Book fair/Scholastic Sponsored event – Reindeer run? Mothers’ day idea Fashion show Rose Queen – 17 th June Bags for school – involve the community – maybe raise funds for community item. Cake sale each term

5. Financial report Suzanne presented detailed report and breakdown of income generated by events and costs incurred over the last year. (please see for further details) £9,197 raised last year with main events being Rose Queen £4841, and Frost Fair£1315
