2. 7.7.2016 2 MINISTRSTVO ZA JAVNO UPRAVO Centralized procurement in Slovenia In Republic of Slovenia we are concluding centralized procurement for ministries and other government bodies Other semi-state bodies, agencies and local communities joined us with special authorization letter for conducting the procedure On other hand we are deliver several procurements which are not centralized by law, but are conducted for several procurement authority (Microsoft Agreement, maintance of computers, IBM ESSO contract, payment of administratice costs,…) In ministry, we are conducting over 1000 procurements per year

4. 7.7.2016 4 MINISTRSTVO ZA JAVNO UPRAVO Green procurement We are buying computers in with accordance with Energy Star Regulative – 106/2008 – ver. 5.0 Green cars with additional point for EURO 5, less CO 2, air pressure in tires (average of emission was 124 CO 2 in g/km) Paper were bought in 2 segments, with FSC/PEFC (wood fibre guardianship) demand and 100 % reused paper fibres Electricity: need 180 milijon Kwh per year. In 2009 conditions was 30% of green (from reusable sources) electricity and additional 30% for extra points
