The objective that I like is to “Engage in continuous professional growth through leadership in Educational environments and the demonstration of legal & ethical behavior in professional practices”. I want to be professional in any environment that I am in and I do want to show legal and ethical behavior in my actions. I moved to Virginia in 2010 after my son graduated HS at my daughter’s request. She had moved to Virginia after she got married in 2009 and wanted me to be close due to my disability. I love being here because I get to be close to my grandchild who was born in 2012 and I call him my peanut butter he brings much joy to my life.

Formative assessment is the most important because it is for learning it gives immediate feedback to students and teachers regarding the students educational capabilities and what adjustments are needed to best assist the child meet their educational goals.
