9. Out of District Credits You Need to Graduate! (Example: Primavera)  Official out of district transcripts due to Counseling no later than May 13 th. It is YOUR responsibility to get transcripts to Shadow Ridge on time!

17. REHEARSAL GUIDELINES MAY 20th You must give Administration advance notice, IN WRITING, if you are unable to attend rehearsal. Only valid reasons will be accepted. (Doctor/Dentist etc.) (Notices to Mr. Hawkins)

18. REHEARSAL GUIDELINES MAY 24th Ceremony is at the University of Phoenix Stadium All students MUST arrive at 12:15 pm (Bring your cap & gown with you) Guests can enter stadium at 12:30 pm Ceremony starts promptly at 1:30 pm GRADUATION DAY!

19. U of P Stadium Parking and Check-in Graduates and guests should park in the East lot by Gate 3 Graduates will then proceed to Gate 2 to check in at 12:15 pm Gates will open to guests to enter stadium at 12:30 pm Graduate Entry Gate 2

21.  Female graduates: dress, dress pants, blouse, dress shoes (no athletic shoes, flip flops or spiked heels)  Male graduates: dress shirt and tie is the expectation, dress slacks, khakis, dress shoes (no athletic shoes or sandals/flip flops)  NO JEANS!

22. Ceremony Guidelines  No cell phones  No purses  Students under the influence will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony  Bring cap/gown in hand to the site  Final check before entering the seating area at the stadium

23.  Will be given to Seniors after you exit the stage and return to your seat.  Diplomas/Certificates will be given the next day for Seniors who are absent or were disciplined during the event.  Graduation is the last official school activity: Act responsibly - it’s your event! 24.  Tuesday, May 17 th (6:00-6:30 pm check-in) held in the Auditorium  6:30 pm program begins  Return form to Counselor at the end of this program. University Scholarship
