7. Commercial Truck Claims When you call us to report a truck or heavy equipment insurance claim, you'll be asked some initial questions and a representative will be assigned to work with you for the remainder of the truck claims handling process.

11. Assessment During the inspection, we'll assess the damage to your insured vehicle, Claimant information, liability, or cargo and provide you with the needed information you have requested.

Typical Service  Claim is emailed or faxed to CJ Hester with coverage information.  File is set up and assigned to adjuster and/or investigator.  Contact call made to insured or claimant within 24 hours.  Coverage problems are addressed and recommendations made accordingly.  Field appraiser and/or investigation assigned if needed.  Loss amount determined.  Towing, storage & other issues addressed. Ownership verified.  Report provided to client with settlement and/or payment request.  First party settlement payment exchanged for Proof of Loss.  Final report to client advising subrogation and/or salvage potentials.
