Rural development are mainly and mostly to development aim for the social and economic development of the rural areas. Rural development aims at finding the ways to improve the rural lives with participation of the rural people themselves so as to meet the required needs of the rural area. DEFINITION OF RURAL ECONOMY Rural economy, all over the world are dealing with the same issues - shortage of natural resources, obtaining the best price for their produce, constraints on productivity, and adaptation to climate change. (Walker, 2012; Ilbery, Chambers, 2014)

STRATEGY TREE The group carry out the strategy development local rural economic of those four local area we had visited base on the above swot and problem analysis result we finally and identified key problems below are the full strategy development priority formulate by the group during the course of the internship. (1) THE AIM OF RURAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT – TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES: To develop competitive Agriculture sector and forestry which could improving economic condition in all city we had visited To respond to local economy and social needs of those four region and municipality (conserve resources and environment) To Promote employment opportunities Improve social infrastructure and quality of life in those four community.

To increase the skills, initiatives and opportunity of the people. Objective 1.2. More modern technology could be introduce by upgrading skills of workers and also provide better working conditions. Objective 1.3. Creating more employment opportunity and extra income for the citizen who live the four city.

Objective 1.1. to diversify from agricultural sector to Non Agricultural sectors. Objective 1.2. to develop more Manufacture Industry, Mining, tourism attraction. Objective 1.3. To develop innovation clusters.

` CONCLUSSIONS AND PROPOSALS The City which we had visited has we found out that there land was fertile soils and favorable climate conditions for growing Crops, farming and all agricultural activity But in order to improved the economic growth factor of production most be increase such as labour and capital we suggest that the economic of those community should be diversify from Agricultural sector to non agriculture business by doing this the standard of living would be improve.
