3 Student # 1 Eliseo Eliseo is a grade 3 student who is eligible for a LAT administration of TAKS-M mathematics. Eliseo’s LAT test administrator, Mr. Rodríguez, is his special education teacher. Mr. Rodríguez speaks Spanish, Eliseo’s native language. Mrs. Starr is her science teacher and will conduct the LAT administration of the TAKS-M test. Mrs. Starr does not speak Portuguese, Veronica’s first language. 11 Student # 3 Tran Tran is a grade 5 student who is eligible for a LAT administration of TAKS-M reading. Mr. Volmer is her special education reading and ESL teacher, and will be her LAT test administrator.
