10. Technology Tools are available to be used by a culture to change and use natural resources. Why is it important? –H–Helps culture develop

11. Literacy Rates The percentage of people that can read and write in a country. Lower literacy rates mean a lower standard of living. Higher literacy rates mean a higher standard of living.
