Imagine you are an animal. What do you want to be? A cat or a dog? Maybe a tiger? When you practice yoga, you can be all kinds of animals. Many yoga exercises have animal names.

You can get down on your hands and knees like a dog. You can also arch your back like a cat. The word "yoga" means "to join together." Yoga is a kind of exercise. It helps develop your mind as well as your body.

If you do yoga, you will get relaxed and focused. You will even get a good night's sleep. If you practice yoga, you will also stay healthy. You will have a stronger heart and muscles. Yoga also gives you more energy. Most of all, yoga helps your mind and body work together better.
