7. A difficult year..... Major building works across all 4 sites at the same time. Delays/phasing issues. Pool failures!! Staff and customer patience and loyalty.

8. Worth the wait.... NPS results ~ all sites currently well above the national industry average for satisfaction and loyalty. “something for everyone” “A centre to be proud of” “lovely new centre” “Wow, what a difference” “great variety of classes” “friendly, helpful staff” “really good value for money” “I get withdrawal symptoms if I can’t use it” “needs to be larger.....”

9. The impact.... Looking at 15% of the population being members (not just users) at Crowborough and Hailsham and being active. Also, new gyms in Hailsham, Uckfield and potentially Broad Oak. Some specifics....

Specialist courses Increase in specialist services through courses providing pathways to initiate exercise and improve health and well being, including social inclusion. Health Education Working partnerships with schools, colleges, local businesses, charities to provide education and activities.
