6. Application Process  Same application for all UP programs  Indicate 1 st and 2 nd choice on the application  Application available on our website www.rih.org

7. Application includes: Student Information:  Student data  Student essay  Statement of parental endorsement Deadline: December 3, 2013

8. Follow up to Application  Curriculum Office will contact middle schools after student applications are received.  Information provided by middle schools: o Teacher recommendations o Counselor recommendation o Academic transcript and standardized test scores

9. Decisions  Applications are reviewed by a Selection Committee.  Decisions will be mailed during the week of February 3, 2014
