26. Civics Test Impact Status All GED & HSED students, starting in July 2017, must correctly answer at least 60 of 100 questions identical to the INS citizenship test. This also applies to all high school graduates DPI asked that the language be removed as it applies to GED’s. DPI will use the INS citizenship test as the statewide civics test for PI 5.05 & 5.08
