How to Make Tofu Chop Steak Gratin 1. Dice the onion and bell pepper. 2. Dice the tofu steak patties. 3. Drizzle a spoonful of oil on a heated pan. 4. Stir-fry the onion. Add the patties when the onion turns soft and clear. Keep stir-frying. 5. Add the bell pepper, ½ cup steak sauce and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry for one more minute. 6. Place the chop steak into a gratin bowl. Top with mozzarella cheese. 7. Heat it in the microwave for 2 minute.

How to Make Tofu Injeolmi 1. Cut the tofu into little bite. 2. Drizzle a spoonful of oil onto a heated pan. (Be careful of the oil and water splashing.) 3. Pan-fry the tofu. 4. Cool the tofu down. 5. Put the tofu and some bean flour in the plastic food bag. Mix them well gently, coating the tofu with the bean flour evenly.
