Causes iof Urinary Incontinence and Associated Clinical Signs DisorderClinical signs Large bladder Lower motor neuron lesionsDribbling of urine, distended bladder that is easily expressed, history of trauma to or surgery in pelvic region Upper motor neuron lesionsDistended bladder that is difficult to express, paresis or paralysis may be present Reflex dyssynergiaMale dog, distended bladder that is difficult to express but easy to catheterize, urine stream initiated and then interrupted Outflow tract obstructionMale animals, dysuria-stranguria, dribbling of urine, distended bladder that is difficult to express and catheterize DisorderClinical signs Small bladder Hormone-responsive incontinence Middle-aged to older neutered or sprayed dogs, dribbling of urine usually occurs when animal is relaxed or asleep, normal voiding otherwise Urge incontinencePollakiuria, dysuria-stranguria, hematuria, bacteriuria Congenital abnormalitiesYoung animal, constant dribbling of urine may occur, voiding may be normal otherwise

Treatment Lower Motor Neuron Bladders - 하루 세네번 손으로 짜주기 -Bethanechol : 배뇨근 수축력 증가 - 부작용 : 구토 설사 유연, 식욕부진 - 용량 개 2.5-10mg
