Targeted placement What is it? Aim 2. Meet the needs of companies. It was introduced by law n. 68, 12/03/1999. It is established by active labour market policies. The aim is the job placement of disabled people through an assessment of their abilities. Who has the right of getting targeted placements? All disabled people with a disability equal to or greater 46% 1. Promote, support job placement of the disabled

The Province (Verona, Milan, etc.) Manages employment targeted centres Establishes conventions/agreements with employers. The agreements provide job training, temporary recruitment, extension of trial periods. These agreements provide the taking at the end of the program. Establishing technical committees composed of experts. These experts assess the employability of the disabled person and define the necessary tools for the job.

(SIL) What is it? How to access What does it do? It 's a task group of local health authority (ASL 20) in Verona which promotes social integration and employment of disabled and disadvantaged people (drug addicts, alcoholics and people in psychiatric treatment) (Veneto Regional Law No 16/2001 DRG No Veneto Region 1128/08). 1. Advice and guidance. 2. Individualized training through training courses. 3. Recruitment Monitoring. 4. Social inclusion in a work context. 5. Resolution of any problems at work. It can be done either directly or through family members or alert operators. Work Integration Service
