9. EVALUATION LICENSE New CommServe install comes with 30 days evaluation. Can be extended if required. If customer already has production CommCell with permanent license, then License Manager can issue new license with Trial Evaluation for certain features

LICENSE ENFORCEMENT If an agent or option is used up, then new agent installed will be grayed out and cannot be activated If customer is using capacity license, then they will get alerts at 85%, 100% and 110%. After 120%, all backups will be stopped. Can temporarily extend it for up to 30 days while waiting to clean up backup capacity or buy new capacity.
