 Poetry is the voice of deep feelings arranged in the best order possible to express and idea  “Writing poetry is the hard labor of imagination”  “Poetry: the best words in the best order”  “Poetry is the breath and finer spirit of all knowledge”

 Limericks are silly poems with a certain amount of syllables.  My Example:  There once was a guy from Australia, who married a girl named Thalia, she looked like a horse, she was tall, of course, their honeymoon was in Tanzania.

 Tanka Poems are japannese and they look very similar to haikus. They follow a specific pattern of syllables.  My Example:  I once was on Thailand, it was incredibly exotic. So big and so natural I was swimming deeply and camly

 It is a 7 line poem in diamond shape that describes 2 nouns exploring their opposites.  My Example:  Sky blue, huge protecting, saving, refreshing clouds, athmosphere, life, resources, comforting, living, producing, tremendous, natural, Earth

 It is a big poem that tells a story.  Example 1:  ORANGES, A boy taking a walk with his girlfriend & he buys her a chocolate with two oranges.  Example 2:  THE HIGHWAYMAN, The highwayman goes as usually to steal, but he falls in love with a girl. They take the girl & he goes to rescue her. They both end up killing themselves.

 The idea of “the Labyrinth” was to see how a person interprets poetry…  My Interpretation:  Poetry is the voice of deep feelings arranged in the best order to express an idea.  Image:
