Registration Timeline February 10: ICAP Lesson and Credit Check February 12: 8 th Grade Information Night February 18: Hand out Registration Materials ▫Students will begin deciding on classes, getting teacher signatures and recommendations and enter course choices into Infinite Campus. ▫Students will have until March 3 rd to complete this process.

3. Registration Timeline February 19 th : Elective Fair during Academy February 20 th : AAHS Counselors will visit EVMS to begin incoming 9 th grade registration. February 28 th : Counselors pick up 9 th grade registration materials form EVMS. March 3 rd : Students will turn in registration materials to their Konnection Teachers.

4. Registration Timeline March 3 rd - April 1 st : 2014-2015 Master Schedule will be built. April: Counselors will meet with students who wanted a class that didn’t run or who has a conflict between courses. May 12: Schedules will be released and the Master Schedule will be posted online.

5. Registration Timeline August 12-15: Arena Scheduling ▫August 12 8:00 a.m.- Noon: Seniors ▫August 13 8:00 a.m.- Noon: Juniors ▫August 14 8:00 a.m.- Noon: Sophomores ▫August 15 8:00 a.m.- Noon: Make up/ last Chance
