Foster LDHEN Symposium 24 October 2003 Learner Support The range of generic interventions & resources made available to students to enable them work through the processes of learning in HE and to develop relevant skills –Interventions include: summer schools, diagnostic audits, induction sessions, individual tutorials, learning/skills workshops/units, awareness raising –Resources include: web pages, paper-based guides, one stop shops, personal planners/files
