But what is a Project Manager supposed to be?

A project manager is the person responsible for accomplishing the project objectives and managing the constraints of the project management triangle. Project managers are organized, passionate, and goal-oriented people who understand their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn, and change. Project Managers are change agents. They work well under pressure and are comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Project Managers are always improving their own and their teams’ skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion. But what is a Project Manager supposed to be?
