2. ACTS 26:18 to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

3. TO OPEN THEIR EYES  If you don’t open your eyes, you can’t see.  It’s not always easy to get someone to open their eyes.  Ever try to wake up a teenager?  Matthew 13:14-16  Matthew 5:3, Revelation 3:15-18, Matthew 6:22-23

4. ACTS 26:18 to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

5. THAT THEY MAY TURN FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT  John 1:4-5  Isaiah 2:5, 60:19  John 3:19-21, Ephesians 5:11  Ephesians 1:17-18, 1 John 1:5-10, Psalm 119:105

THAT THEY MAY TURN FROM THE POWER OF SATAN TO GOD  2 Corinthians 4:4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.  1 Peter 5:8, Ephesians 6:10-12  James 4:7-8, cf. 6:44-45, 10:27-29

9. THAT THEY MAY RECEIVE FORGIVENESS OF SINS  Isaiah 59:1-2, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23  Ephesians 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace  Acts 2:38, 3:19, 22:16

11. RECEIVE AN INHERITANCE AMONG THOSE WHO ARE SANCTIFIED.  Philippians 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,  1 Peter 1:3-5  John 14:1-6

13. BY FAITH IN JESUS  Acts 26:19-20  Romans 1:5 Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name,

14. OPEN YOUR EYES, TURN FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT AND BE SAVED.  Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.  1 Peter 4:3a For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles—  2 Corinthians 6:2b Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
