12. Reagent contract THE AGREEMENT CATER FOR THE FOLLOWING; 2 scheduled maintenance visit per annum Unlimited on call service/repairs All consumables used by the equipment MUST be purchased from chem-labs ltd NOTE: Cost of spare parts will be catered by the client.
