INTRODUCTION This handbook is intended for teenagers, as well as for their parents and teachers. It contains advices on how to safely behave in certain traffic situations.

PEDESTRIANS IN TRAFFIC The general rule is that a pedestrian must walk and stay within the marked pedestrian area. In a case where there is no pavement, the pedestrians should walk on the left side of the road. If in group, they should stay in a line one behind the other.

YOU AND YOUR BICYCLE Cyclists have to drive on the right side of the road as far as they are able to, with the exception when there is no designated cycling pathway. BE A CAREFUL CYCLIST!

HEADPHONES IN TRAFFIC Using headphones we not only break the traffic regulations law, but we put our personal and others safety at steak. In traffic conduct, as it is the matter of luck itself, we need to do everything we can to be responsible. The best thing to do is to leave listening to music when going for a walk in an unpopulated area, such as hiking or similar.

ALCHOLHOLISM AND TRAFFIC Driving under the influence of alcohol is the biggest problem when it comes to road safety around the globe as well as here. The most serious accidents by the number of victims are the one caused by intoxicated drivers. The most important is that every man changes his attitude towards their own behavior in traffic. If one is intoxicated, than it is simply not right to drive in such state.

The traffic was strictly forbidden for all vehicles in that direction with no exception. Either way, when a cab driver came exactly from the opposite direction, the warden just greeted him and let him pass without a citation. Why did the traffic warden not fine the cab driver?? He was on foot Answer
