Summary of Funders Agreement Provisions Who will help pay for Consultant Contract Review, comment, and acceptance of Deliverables (Contract) Oversight and day-to-day administration of the funds and Contract Agreement ends when Contract ends

Contract Majority of text will come from a combination of: The RFP Federal’s response KC’s standard contract Terms & Conditions Still room for clarifications, additions, and potentially for very important changes

Contract: Four Assumptions Goal is consensus: Deliverables should be developed using an iterative process; Consultant must have needed, accurate information; We want FE’s best independent judgment; We want more than just FE’s recommendations: also want its findings, alternatives, criteria, and rationale.
