Florida Community Planning Act (HB 720) - 2011 Florida Senate Bill 1094 - Peril Flood - 2015 Executive Order 13653 – Preparing the United States for the Impact of Climate Change – November 2013 Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act: expands the focus on the resiliency of the transportation system as well as activities to reduce stormwater runoff from transportation infrastructure; and requires strategies to reduce the vulnerability of existing transportation infrastructure to natural disasters.
