We are thoroughly involved in the life and future of the college; the scale of impact we have on the college is immense and meaningful; we are able to make a significant difference! 2. Our position directly impacts the lives of students in such positive ways. We are able to foster real long-term benefits to students. 3. It’s all about the people: we get to work with extraordinarily dedicated and talented professionals who care deeply about students. 4. We do exciting work. Our job allows us to be creative, innovative. It’s a dynamic position. 5. We are able to impact the future of our areas and the college by hiring wonderful people and mentoring aspiring leaders/faculty/administrators. 6.
