Requested Agency Actions: 1) Make required statutory findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code sections 33679 and 33445 for Agency financial assistance in the reconstruction of Morelli Park 2) Approve a loan from the North Stockton Redevelopment Project Area to the Port Industrial Project Area in the amount of $2,243,461 for the purposes of reconstructing Morelli Park
