2 Constitutional right “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”.

3 There is no article of the Constitution which states Equality or Equity… the post constitutional laws and amendments determined by Congress have set forth equality and equity situations within our framework of constitutional rights. Extensive legal background is found in Bill of Rights, Uniform Commercial Codes, United Nations Convention on Contracts, Uniform Partnership Acts, Revised Business Corporation Act.
