The item category lookup as it appears on the requisition form:

This is the item category lookup screen.

Lookup option 1: Choose a category from the drop down menu.

After selecting a category from the drop down menu, click ‘Next step’.

The category will be displayed along with the corresponding account number. Account Number associated with the Category is displayed

Lookup option 2: Enter all or part of the account number. Enter all or part of Account Number and Click on Next Step

Relevant matches for the account number will be listed. Select Category from List and Click on Submit

The selected category will be displayed along with the corresponding account number. Account Number associated with the Category is displayed

Both the category description and account number are then populated on the requisition form.
