2 FMP WORKING GROUPS The Students of each Level are divided into Working Groups Each Working Group is made up of 22 Students usually drawn from the same Program The Student Members of a Group are listed in the Students’ Attendance Sheet 8/3/2016 AGRO REVOLUTION COMMITTEE, LANDMARK UNIVERSITY 2

6 EACH GROUP LEADER’S ROLES 1)To receive Student Members of his (or her) Group at the designated Mustering Point by 7 A.M. 2)To mark his (or her) Students’ Attendance and Punctuality as approved 3)To conduct the Students to the assigned place of duty for the day 4)To ensure the Students perform their assigned duties to the finishing time 8/3/2016 AGRO REVOLUTION COMMITTEE, LANDMARK UNIVERSITY 6

8 Marking of Students’ Attendance  To the upper right corner of the Students’ Attendance Sheet are the instructions for scoring each Student’s:  Attendance  Punctuality  Score student’s attendance and punctuality according to the Instructions stated using the appropriate columns (two) for the day  It is not allowed for a student to sign 8/3/2016 AGRO REVOLUTION COMMITTEE, LANDMARK UNIVERSITY 8

11 Marking of Students’ Activities Log Book  Each Student is provided with a Log Book to record his (or her) performed activities during the FMP period for the day  The Book contains information about the Student’s in the Cover Page and on Page 2  Pages 3 to 12 are for the Student to record his (or her) weekly activity. 18 ADVICE TO GROUP LEADERS 1.The Committee enjoined your fullest COOPERATION as regards your roles 2.Your attendance and punctuality are sacrosanct 3.If you are to come late or unable to come for the day, contact other members of your Group of your impending lateness/absence through their GSM on the Students’ Attendance Sheet 8/3/2016 AGRO REVOLUTION COMMITTEE, LANDMARK UNIVERSITY 18
