The Mentoring Program 1 to 1 mentoring ~ 1 year commitment (1 call per month) 2 Guidance for MenteeGuidance for Mentor Take the lead of your mentoring program Take initiative for your own growth/development Bring topics for discussion in a first step, and then set goals for you to work on and discuss progress during meetings Be open to feedback Be willing to learn Be open-minded Respect your Mentor’s time Be willing to share experience Have genuine interest in developing others Be a good listener Provide constructive feedback Challenge the Mentee Has sufficient time to devote to the mentoring relationship Act as a guide, and help mentee in finding his/her own solution Be open-minded
