Furthermore, there is evidence of alumni involvement in these activities. Once the chapter was informed of the investigation, the brothers conspired, and subsequently threatened the pledges in order to hinder the investigative process.

14. The chapter had a culture whereby pledges were not allowed to tell anyone that they are a pledge of Alpha Kappa Psi. Although the chapter had 2 pledge classes this spring, none of the pledges knew about the other.
