1 Job Description: Financial Controls & Budgeting: Perform company’s budgeting, forecasting, costing, cost allocation and analysis, review of pricing are in accordance with the Regional and company’s policies. Develop accounting policies that are in line with the Regional and company’s policies. Direct and implement cost effectiveness initiatives that are in line with the Regional and company’s strategies. Consolidate all proposed capital expenditures for company’s, and prepare and submit capital budgeting to the Regional Office for approval. Plan, direct and monitor capital expenditure spending. Analyze all feasibility of business activities at the company’s level Rationalize company’s to ensure its profitability. Responsible for all company secretarial function

2  Ensure the effectiveness of cash management at company’s level.  Ensure Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are managed according to the company’s policy.

3  Direct and monitor timely and accurate financial reports and submit to Managing Director and  Regional Office.  Conduct company’s financial performance analysis and provide recommendation to Managing Director and Regional Office on analysis of financial trends at company level and company’s financial performance.  Ensure recording of assets write-off/disposal is conducted appropriately.  Ensure appropriate protection (i.e. insurance) of company’s assets by identifying and minimizing risks.

4  1. Ensures that the company complies with all tax regulation/tax reports and maintains effective tax compliance practices. Monitor reconciliation between accounting and tax report.  2. Comply with the complicated Indian tax system and handle the Income Tax’s transfer pricing.

5  Ensure the completion of required legal documents.  Ensure industrial relations issues are taken care of appropriately, including Tripartite affairs.  Appear before the necessary statutory authorities and put present the company’s case

6  Ensure implementation of core values in related functions.  Manage subordinates’ task and responsibility allocation.  Manage performance of subordinates.  Identify and develop talents.

7  Implement HSE accordingly in the Finance and Accounting Department  Generate implementation design of Management Information System in line with Regional Office instruction and company’s needs.  Ensure implementation of community relations programs that is in line with company’s strategic direction.
