2.  To educate further on the salient provisions of RA 9165  To learn the how to detect shabu clandestine laboratories  To be acquainted with the Drug Courier modus operandi  To know the process on Treatment and Rehabilitation  To be familiar with the Brgy Drug Clearing Operations  To train participants the necessary skills and strategies to effectively enforce the anti-drug law thru buy-bust and search warrant operations

3.  The date will be determined by the host province  The venue will be determined by the host province.  The Seminar-Workshop is a 2-day activity.

4. The participants are the Chiefs of Police in the region (by province) together with their investigators, and the members of Anti Illegal Drugs Task Force.

5. Training handouts for each topic will be prepared by the training management through the respective trainers and will be made available before the seminar-workshop starts.

9.  There will be a workshop after the lectures  The class will be divided into 4 groups  There will be a case analysis for every group  An output presentation will be presented in the class.  There will be a panelist who will share their ideas after each group’s presentation.  Members of the panel includes, PDEA, DOJ, DOH, and PNP
