10 Findings: Organization Goodwill-Canterbury, relationship not partnership Developed, deepened relationships like father & mother, brother &sister Canterbury visits have enabled Goodwill to expand; funding, interest and encouragement Canterbury is like an ambassador

14 ConclusionConclusion The Gandhian concept of Sarvodaya has been applied to the case of mutual learning through the global relationship; with love and understanding it is being expanded from individual to institution and form institution to community. The interpersonal relationship has contributed to the transformations of individual, organisation and community The longing for love has been creatively doubled over the years from both GCH and CCCU. Thus the impact of the study visits has developed a tremendous strength and friendship among the workers and visitors
