Next Generation Achievement Strategies for Improvement: Reduce/address Novice levels Full implementation of RTI plan Professional Development (raising rigor, Whole Brain teaching/Power teaching, incorporating higher order questioning and Formative assessment lessons. PLC meetings individualize/change instruction based on data analysis of multiple forms of assessments. Assessments mirror state testing Individual, team, & school wide goal setting

Next Generation Graduation Rate SES realizes that educating children is a shared responsibility of all stakeholders. Communicating a vision of high expectations of proficiency and beyond at the elementary level will serve as a basis for completing our vision. This vision will increase the probability of developing goal oriented students that are proficient, prepared for success, and graduate from high school college/career ready.

Next Generation Program Reviews Completed and submitted three internal and District Peer Review. Areas of strength: Instructional opportunities/strategies in the area of Writing. Currently addressing improvements in the areas Arts and Humanities, Practical Living and the Primary Program. Implemented school-wide activities and instructional strategies to address all program review needs.

Achievements 1 st ranked MS in STATE Most improved MS in STATE 19 th ranked ES in STATE ES: DISTINGUISHED SCHOOL for three consecutive years. 15 students: Distinguished in All Tested Areas 96.64% Attendance (1 st in the district for 9 consecutive years) MS: STATE DPP High Attendance Day Winners STLP and Archery competed at the STATE level
