4. TRAFFIC FLOW Santa Ana Unified School Police, in collaboration with Santa Ana Police will be implementing the “Standard Traffic Control Plan” used for large events. There will be:  Uniformed officers at key traffic points  Electronic signage to aid with traffic flow  Cones and barriers to control traffic flow in and around Centennial Park

5. SHUTTLE PLAN  Eight buses on a loop between Valley Complex and Mitchell Child Development Center

6. ACCESS TO NEIGHBORHOODS  Met with neighborhood associations  Will monitor entrances to Windsor Village  Will have a plan for Valley/Adams neighborhood to shuttle guests through to minimize pedestrian traffic.
