5  Malaysian Tours  Both tours a roaring success. Thanks to organising committee (Ian Girvan, Bettina Green, Mark Samlal) and parents for support. Plan to do it again in 2010.  CBL Semester 2 there was 16 CBL teams.  10 teams in contention for finals action.  A big step was take by entering 4 x Div 1 teams in under 12s (only 2 last season) and they have been more than competitive.  Semi Finals Nov 22 at UWC  Grand Finals Nov 29 at UWC  Those teams not in finals we aim to keep playing games by organising friendly matches against opponents.

6  Under 10s  CBL agreed to start a league but then no teams put their hands up to play.  We have 4 teams who have been playing on a weekly basis and playing well.  Plans for a tournament at end of year for these kids.  Slingers association  Slingers have supported the Sharks with a skills clinic which attracted 65 kids on a Wednesday evening.  They have given us 200 tickets for the Nov 22 game v KL Dragons  Tickets will got to players, coaches, team managers and volunteers first. Club encourages all to support the Slingers as they have supported us.

7  Level 1 Coaches Course  Set to conclude this Saturday.  17 Sharks coaches have participated in this course.  Bovis Lend Lease Cup  Sharks plan to host a tournament Dec 12/13 for those still in town.  As per terms of our sponsorship agreement with Bovis Lendlease  Thanks for everybody's efforts this year in helping to keep the Sharks program alive and kicking. The kids' skills are clearly improving, the community is working together, and we look forward to developing even more over the rest of this year and next. Coach Farrell.

15 U8 &10’s make up 43% of the Club but only represent 15% of Volunteers 28 parents make up 90% of the volunteer spots The canteen makes 5K profit = 1 Silver sponser

16  With the AIS and Sponsor support we offer fees to train and play with the Sharks at:  $250 per semester for CBL players and  $200 per semester for training only ▪ 3 training sessions available per week, up to 6 hours per child ▪ Min. of 10 games per semester ▪ Professional Coaching Director & Assistants  LJE Bobcats up to $980 per semester  Stingers and Tigers $ 435 per semester for CBL games and 1 training session  Fastbreak up to $1325 per semester
