What kind of measures will be taken by the new Liberal government as a result of ‘New Liberalism’? Using knowledge from previous lessons : What do you feel are the main areas the government needs to focus on? How far will these measures go – will they be for all or just a few? What problems might the government face?

The impact of the Liberals’ social reform to 1914. 1.Cut out the cards and then categorise them – linking together the common features or issues that they deal with. Give each category a title. 2.When you are happy with the sorting, stick down in the form of a mind map on a sheet of A3 paper. 3.Choose the 2 measures you think are the most important and explain your choices in written answers.
