Support projects to self evaluate. Network of academic & specialist expertise to support projects. Establish 3 Network Learning Sets to generate, capture & share learning. Establish effective channels of dissemination including newsletters, briefings, workshops and a website. Provide training and support for projects on evaluation and outcome measurement. Establish Network Learning Sets for projects to capture organisational learning. Develop a network of academic & specialist expertise to provide support to projects. Health inequalities in Y& H… a compelling story? There are 1,800 more deaths, under the age of 75, each year compared to the national average The gap between the highest and lowest life expectancy by district is around 4-5years The gap within districts is even more marked
