2. Project Overview  State Aid Finance group is working on a project to review all State Aid Accounting System reports for improvement to better serve our users.  Objectives of project Review 54 SAAS Reports Improve existing reports Eliminate unused reports Create new reports

3. Project Timeline  Progress to date Presented to 5 Fall District meetings in 2015 Survey sent 11/18/15 to County and City Engineers, DSAEs, DSAA, and County Accountants  Analysis of Results - 12/16/15 : 77 total responses Feedback indicates an initial lack of awareness of reports and additional training is needed.

4. Project Timeline (continued)  Article in State Aid December’s E-Scene issue  Meetings in March with internal user groups - State Aid, State Aid Finance, and Office of Financial Management for feedback  Currently working and will continue to work with Accounting Information Systems (IT) to implement changes.

5. Project Outcomes  Current feedback indicates there is a definite need for additional training on SAAS Reports.  Your feedback is imperative to the success of our training.  Options: Classroom Quick reference materials such as cheat sheets Tutorial – You Tube or Webinar
