…the Dilemma …the Dilemma Restructure of server topology required in order to implement WebTrac (Customer-Direct Internet Access); to be outside of COA IntraNet (secure network firewall) this is functional equivalent of creating an ASP (Application Solutions Provider) for our department. ASP Provider is not our core competency or business. ASP Provider is increasingly popular outsourcing model in many industries, thanks to the Internet.
