Chapter M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter Transposition Law on Environmental Noise Protection (OJ MNE 28/11 of 10 June 2011) – article 22 - proscribed that it is forbidden to market and use the sources of noise that are used for business operations (machines, off-road machinery, equipment), recreational boats and equipment used outdoors, where their sound power level exceeds the prescribed limit values

Chapter M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter Transposition Mentioned noise sources whose marketing and use is permitted shall be identified by signs of compliance in accordance with the technical regulation issued by the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism by the end of 2014 Technical regulation will be fully transposed Directive 2000/14/EC

Chapter M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter Competent Authorities Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism is competent for transposition of Directive 2000/14/EC (Department for Environment) Market supervision over the implementation of this Directive shall conduct market inspection (Inspection Directorate )
