Reassessments Reassessments for all 8 th grade students will be during the 1 st and 2 nd quarters. I do not expect Geometry students to reassess, but it is available. NO reassessments will be administered during the 2 nd semester. A contract must be completed and signed by you, your learner, and Mr. Haginduff before the reassessment is administered. Each learner will have 5 school days to complete the contract, schedule a time to reassess, and take the assessment. Mr. Haginduff is flexible during this process, and communication is of most importance. Course 3 students that score an 80 or below on a unit exam will be required to reassess.

Homework Expectations Work and/or reasoning is shown for all problems. No more than 45 minutes of hard work is required each night. If a student has worked hard for 45 minutes and has not completed the assignment, then stop and you (parent/guardian) will sign and date the paper. Homework is not fully complete until all the problems are completed, checked, corrected (with work), graded (100, 85, 75, 65), and turned in to the appropriate box. If homework is not completed by the due date and the learner has scored less than 75% on a “Gut Check Quiz” then the student will be asked to show me their homework. If they do not have previously assigned homework, then the learner will be assigned to HWC. For late work, a learner will earn an 80% or 70% for accelerated classes.
